Yoga is okay!
2014 I decided to give yoga a try and even though I had no clue how the poses should look, the Savasana-Bliss, that one I got immediately.
By the end of 2017 I committed to a daily practice and one year later enrolled for a 200hr YTT. I am now teaching Vinyasa with humor ('cause, yes, the alignments are important, but it is okay to have fun) and my classes are a mix of movement, laughter, relaxation and learnings.
I believe yoga helps us making better decisions for our own mental and physical health.
